The Douglas Soil & Water Conservation District and the Douglas County Lakes Association have been working together to provide scholarships for Douglas County high school seniors. 

2010 Topic Question:
What potential impacts will aquatic invasive species (AIS) have on Douglas County and how can citizens protect our lakes and rivers?
